Common logo customization process

I

Screen printing logo

Screen printing your logo on bag: also known as silk screen, is a printing technique that involves a stencil, or a screen, that is used to apply layers of ink on to a printing surface. After the stencil has been cut, ink is spread over the screen, and then a squeegee is used to press the ink through the screen and onto the product. Each color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. Screen printing is one of our most popular printing methods and is commonly used when printing apparel, drinkware, reusable shopping bags, and much more.

II

Embossing

Embossing your bage bag logo is when you raise a logo or other image to create a 3D graphic. This raised design is achieved by pushing a metal die into paper, card stock (or other chosen material) from underneath. The raised area can then have ink or foil applied to it for added effect or it can be left unprinted or unfoiled (i.e. known as a blind emboss).
III

Thermal-transfer printing bag logo

Thermal-transfer printing is a digital printing method in which material is applied to paper (or some other material) by melting a coating of ribbon so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is aplied. It contrasts with direct thermal printing, where no ribbon is present in the process.

IV

Debossing logo

Debossing is the opposite of embossing as you are creating an indent in the material you are using. A metal die is stamped onto the front of the material you are using causing depressions that leave a (debossed) imprint of the image on your paper, card stock (or other chosen material). You can choose to leave the debossing as it is (i.e. known as a blind deboss) or you can fill the indentation with ink.
V

Woven labels

Woven labels are considered an industry standard for high end garments and are used for an array of different applications. Since the entire design of the label, including the background, is woven into one piece of fabric, they are sturdy and soft to the touch. Our woven labels are durable but soft against the skin and retain their shape even after countless washings in all temperatures. You don' t have to worry about the labels fading either - they are colorfast!
VI

Silicone labels

Silicone labels, also sometimes known as rubber labels, provider a harder and more durable alternative to woven labels. Often used on outerwear or bags, they can also be used to reinforce brand identity, especially when used on the outside of garments.

VII

metal label

A metal label also known as a metal nameplate or placard is an excellent choice in nearly all environments and applications due to its durable and versatile characteristics. The logo is formed by injecting boiling metal liquid into presetup logo Mould. After cooling down and further several processing like polishing, stenciling, etc. Metal label manufacture is a specialist area that very few businesses in the world are set up to do. We currently have our own factories and some domestic providers to fulfil our metal label orders.

VIII

Embroidery

Embroidery is very popular for uniforms or corporate events. A design stitched onto a material through the use of high speed, computer-controlled sewing machines. Artwork must first be "digitized," which is the specialized process of converting two-dimensional artwork into stitches or thread. The digitizer must actually recreate the artwork using stitches. Then it programs the sewing machine to sew a specific design, in a specific color, with a specific type of stitch. This is the process known as digitizing. This stitching process can create a good 3D effect on label is because the logo are stitched on to a fabric label. Embroidered label would be a good choice If you are looking for classic vintage look label patches.
IX

hot stamping

The hot stamping process includes a hot stamping press, a hot stamping die or type, and sometimes a hot stamping foil if you choose to add color to your impression. The hot stamping press contains a heating element that heats up the die or type; the marking cycle starts when the press engages the heated die or type with the foil and transfers the ink from the foil carrier onto the part to be marked. The press then disengages at the end of the marking cycle leaving behind a crisp, permanent, ink impression on the part.

Full Color / Four Color Process / CMYK

Full colour

Full colour is a term which means inidivdual colours are achieved by blending four primary colours (Cyan, Magenta, yellow and black) and is sometimes referred to as CMYK or full colour process. This combination of four colours can produce millions of individual tones and it's therefore possible to reproduce a huge range of colours. The only drawback is that the actual colours produced can vary quite a bit between jobs and different printers due to no standardised ink mixing system.
Four-colour printing is a technique that allows an image to be printed in colour: it is currently the standard system for offset and digital printing and, as such, themost widely used in the world. It' s known as four-colour printing because it' s based on four colours, the so-called CMYK colours as we' II see shortly: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. These colours can reproduce on paper almost 70% of the colours visible to the human eye!
CMYK is a very popular imprint method for those who want to have their bag decorated with a photograph or other full color image. This method is perfect for artwork with lots of shading and gradients. The full color printing process combines four colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) to create full color images, commonly referred to as "CMYK" . Theses colors are printed and layered on top of one another producing full-color image. Below is an ilustration of the full color printing process. When viewed up close under a magnifying glass, you may be able to see the dots of individual colors within the image.

The Design Team from weihanbag always follow below five phases:

Empathize

Empathy is the first phase of the Design Process. It is the ability to understand user and find the people' s need through our eyes. Learn about the people for whom we are designing. Conduct research to develop a deeper understanding of your users.

Define

Design is awesome for solving problems. This can be as simple as, I want a new identity for my cosmetic bag logo, some attractive makeup bags, etc." Create a point of view that is based on user needs and insights.

Ideate

By expanding the solution space, our design team will be able to look beyond the usual methods of solving problems in order to find better, more elegant, and satisfying solutions to problems that affect a user's experience

Prototype

Prototyping can be a quick and effective way of bringing you/your customer's ideas to life. Build a prototype (or series of prototypes) to test our hypothesis. Creating a prototype lets designer see if they're on the right track, and it often sparks different ideas that you wouldn't have come up with otherwise.

Test

This step is to use and test the prototype with our users to gather feedback on it. This feedback will form the basis for further iterations and refinement.
WeiHan focused on producing various kinds of bags for 18 years, include the handbags, tote bags, backpacks, makeup bags, our company have get the ISO9001, SGS, BSCI, Sedex certifications.
